Review workout history

Find a completed session, review its summary and records, or correct its details.

Find a completed workout#

  1. Open Workout and tap the calendar icon in the top bar to open Workout History. You can also open history from the workout card in Diary.
  2. Scroll the list, which shows completed workouts with the newest first. Each entry shows its routine name (or Free Workout), start date and time, total lifted volume, set count, and duration when available.
  3. Tap an entry to open Workout Details.

If history is empty, finish a workout to add the first entry. To import past sessions, see Import workout history and other data.

Read workout details#

The summary bar shows duration, total lifted volume, and set count. Scroll to review the exercises and their recorded sets. When a session includes a new record, it appears under New Records. Heart-rate information appears only when Train Libre can read matching workout heart-rate data; it may be unavailable if permission or usable samples are missing. Workout photos appear when the session has photos.

Edit workout details#

  1. In Workout Details, tap Edit.
  2. Tap the date and time row to choose a new date and time. If the workout has an end time, tap Duration to change or clear the duration.
  3. Edit Notes or workout photos if needed. Use Take photo or Choose from library to add photos, or Remove photo on a displayed photo. Photo changes are saved when you choose the photo action.
  4. Tap Save in the top bar to save the workout date, duration, notes, and exercise changes.

To change exercises, sets, or superset links, see Supersets and edit workout entries.

Save, share, or delete a workout#

  • To make a reusable routine from the session, tap Save as Routine, enter a routine name, and confirm. See Create and use workout routines.
• To share the session, tap the share icon in Workout Details. Choose Share as image, Share as formatted text, or Export as JSON / data, then follow the sharing options shown.
  • To delete a session, swipe its entry in Workout History and confirm the deletion. Deleting removes the completed workout from history.
