Read training statistics

Open the Training cards in Statistics to review workout rhythm, personal-best activity, and the distribution of your logged training.

Review Training Rhythm#

  1. In Statistics, tap Training Rhythm.
  2. Choose 1M, 3M, 6M, or 1Y, then use the date arrows or tap the date label to choose another rolling or calendar period. This range is independent of the Statistics hub; the hub card always summarizes Last 6 weeks.
  3. Read the KPIs for the selected range. In a rolling view, Workouts (Week) is the current week’s count and Streak is the current streak. In a selected calendar period, those values become the period’s total workouts and longest streak. Rolling Consistency summarizes weeks with at least two sessions; Training Days / Week, Avg / Week, and Rhythm provide additional period summaries.
  4. Under Training Rhythm, choose Volume, Duration, or Workouts per Week to change the weekly bars. Volume uses your selected weight unit; duration uses minutes; frequency counts workouts. Tap a bar to read its week and value.
  5. Scroll to Training Calendar to inspect workout days. Color shows sessions per day. Tap a date to see its session count.

The Training Calendar covers the most recent 365 days and has its own month navigation. It does not change when you change the chart period. With no workout data, an empty-state overlay can cover an illustrative chart; it is not a record of sample workouts.

Review New Personal Bests#

  1. In Statistics, tap New Personal Bests to open PR Dashboard. The detail screen has its own period, initially 1M, rather than carrying over the hub selection.
  2. Choose 7D, 1M, 3M, 1Y, or MAX, and use the date controls to change the period. This range filters the New Personal Bests count and Notable Improvements list.
  3. Read Strongest Breakthrough and the improvement rows for the strongest change, exercise, date, displayed estimated one-rep maximum (e1RM), and percentage shown.
  4. Under Record Overview, choose Recently Set or By Repetitions. Recently Set lists the latest records across your history, and By Repetitions shows your best set in each repetition bracket; these are not limited to the selected period.

When no records match, the screen shows a no-records message and may place an illustrative layout under an overlay. A dash or No record yet means there is no value for that bracket.

Review Muscle Groups#

  1. In Statistics, tap Muscle Groups to open Muscle Group Analytics. The hub card is a fixed Last 8 weeks summary; the detail screen uses its own selected period.
  2. Choose 7D, 1M, 3M, or 6M and navigate dates with the arrows or date picker.
  3. Use the top view button to switch between the overview grid and chart. Both views show a recent distribution heatmap, Working Sets by Muscle, and Working Sets by Pattern. Tap a muscle in the heatmap to see its Work Sets value and Frequency by Muscle.
  4. Use the bottom Weekly average / Total control to change whether set counts are averaged per week or accumulated over the selected period. Read the labels and units alongside each chart. The Volume chart currently shows kilogram-based values with a weight-unit suffix from Settings; in Imperial mode, that suffix can say lbs even though the values are in kilograms.

The muscle summary is based on completed normal and failure sets classified to primary muscles; movement-pattern totals are also shown. Unclassified or unlogged work will not appear as a named muscle or pattern.
